Seller failed to fully deliver or fully send the order within guaranteed time.
Seller failed to notify buyer of certain risks (excluding RWT) that negatively impacted the account.
Seller partially delivered the order within the guaranteed time.
Account was affected by receiving currency/items obtained through cheating/fraud.
